Historically, the Old Bill website was the home of the HK Police Rugby Club. However, with fewer and fewer ex-RHKP officers still playing, the site has expanded to provide a portal for all former members of the Royal Hong Kong Police. A place to keep in touch, share photos and memories, chat, organise events and generally provide a community for all who shared this unique bond. Site registrations are limited to those that we can verify to have been a serving member of the RHKP.
